These are parts from a snowmobile chain case, (2) and several LONG bolts, Z 120 roller chains, an atv Cam sprocket, a trailer axle nut and a 3" spring... I used a plasma cutter to make the pedals and the seat, kinda hard to see... it weighs about 15lbs and is is 20" tall by 30" long. it seems rather "raw" but is a representation of what mt. biking is all about. ( at least in my small mind)

The result is my Mountain biker, rolling down a single track, leaving a trail of 13 wide "track" (made out of snowmachine silent chain) and the hill being made out of 1" flat bar stock, with 2" flat bar keeping the whole thing upright.

Bottom line: it was fun to make, it is a bit out of proportion, but everyone here seems to like it, the pictures don't create the same dimensions nor do they allow you to see all the detail...

any input would be appreciated,

Thanks

Jason
