Actually Titanium can be anodized in a whole rainbow of colors and some jewelers are doing that now. I do not know much about setting up a small shop operation but it CAN be done and quite reasonably too. Any welding shop can get
Any welding shop can get titanium as TIG rod.
You don't anodize titanium unless you want it brown.
Heat oxidation will get you permenant colors.
Yellow is thin, blue is thickest - past that it burns off the oxide layers as you continue to heat it.
even colors mean perfect surface prep and even heating - most heat randomly and deal with the mix of colors
Look for expired or contaminated TIG rod - if you aren't welding with it . . .
