Progress update....railing rehab + another show!!!!

Well, it was a work weekend , with a baby christening in between....
Finished the two stairways + Walter painted them ....I've almost finished one of the curved pieces and will be working on the second one today....maybe...
Yesterday, my friend Tom Holmes..who is an amazing sculptor came over to talk to me about joining the gallery in Milford, Pa. I didn't realize that I will indeed be showing on the 13th but it's not just a preview but they want 6-8 pieces....eek....where's the work??? Do I have any large free standing sculptures??/ Duh..no!
Anyway...I will show one of my Chain Link coffee tables + chain link candlestick (already done).... and the other show will be down so I can show the horse...oh but I need my own pedestals...Ouch...
So yesterday I worked until 10pm...I cleaned up a steel/tubing pedestal I had started previously, and I started a floor piece....I'm really excited and hope to have it finished today....or must...this weekend. I'll post a picture when my camera is available....Nothing like a deadline to get the creative juices flowing. Keep your fingers crossed that I can pull this one off...SteelyJan

I would hate to be under

I would hate to be under that kind of presssure but congrats on the shows. I know you will be a big sucesss. Your stuff is always great. Will you put the new sculpture with the plasma cut leaves in this show? I really like that one. I'm glad the horse will go as well.
Which railing are you talking about? I must have missd something, the replacements or something new?
Keep head down and keep going!!
Mele
