blacksmithing | conferences | moderation | travel Well, I leave tomorrow for three weeks of travel and attending blacksmithing meets in Vermont, Minnesota and Ohio. I'll be visiting a few friends and their shops along the way, of course. I'm really looking forward to this trip and hope to have a few pictures to share when I return. Depending on internet access where I am, I'll still be doing my moderator duties and contributing when I can. There may, however, be days at a time when I don't have access to the 'net, so "visitor" posts may be delayed a bit in moderation if QuiQue can't get to them. I don't think there'll be any problems, but you never know. Rich ![]() Your travels

So how are you doing the trip distances bet ween VT, Ohio, and MN? A number of us live between those places but if flying it would not help much. If driving a rental it is possible you would be passing minor miles from some of us and I for one would certainly welcome you stopping for a pause and warm bed and meal or more. I am in Woodstock, CT and about 10 miles from Rt. 395 passing south, The Mass Turnpike running west and Rt 84 also southernly that is the one I use to get to Ohio anyhow. If it works give a buzz to me 860 974-0130 or email bpfink1@mac.com And have a great journey. BpFink » reply Enjoy your trip Rich! I

Enjoy your trip Rich! I still haven't received my blades for the band saw, lol. It's the second time I've ordered equipment/parts on the web, where they were out and didn't tell me. They, just let you wait limbo until the part arrives without a word. Truly annoying. I'll give you a call when you get back from your trip. Jake Jake Balcom » reply |
