It seams that you guys in the States prefer to use acetalene ,is their any reason to this other than propane not being perhaps as safe? Everyone I know uses propane/oxy.

What type of metal should the metal box be made from in which you place your stack?
Must the box be properly sealed?
How much bigger would the box need to be?
