Wind Dancer Sculpture

This piece is made from materials found at my local scrap yard. The outer ring is solid steel. The whirly piece is aluminum with steel points that are suspended by magnets. There are no visible welds on the upper pieces so they look like they are floating on each other. Use the link to see a video of it in action.

I like that one, Ray! The use of color is very appropriate and the dynamic balance is spot on. In the video, the shadow is great watching, too. Nice piece; you can be proud of it.

Thanks Everyone, Jan you should be able to cut and paste the link into your address bar to see it. I have had that Ring for a few weeks before I finally got and idea of what to do with it. Now I just have to find a buyer. Thats the fun part. I have more pics to post and hopefully you'll like my stuff as much as I like all of yours.
