The good, the bad and the beautiful

I've still been down with by back. Mt daughter and son-in-law came for a visit last week. They were disappointed when I couldn't do much in the shop. We went up and I showed them how to heat, bend and shape steel into some candle sticks. They had a great time as did I. I got to spend time with the kids and work in the shop and they got to take home a set of candle sticks that they designed and build. We pulled off the pair in about 5 hours taking it easy.

They did all of the heavy work and I helped bail them out of a few problems. I think they came out great.condry stickscondry stickscondry sticks 2condry sticks 2condry sticks 3condry sticks 3

Right now just rest and

Right now just rest and trying not to hurt it again. They have tried therapy, the RACK aka spine stretching and 2 epidural shots. nothing is working so far. sitting for any long period of time hurts, standing, walking lying down, etc.. all start hurting. Driving is the worst.

I just keep trying to do a little more, and when I do to much, I start over from square 1.
