Possible Art show in the works

I am trying to decide if there is enough interest in a metal arts show in the central Arkansas area. It would be a juried show and there are numerous locations in the area that could host a small to VERY large event.

I am looking at a June time frame on next year.

Is that enough time to put something together?

Any ideas or comments would be welcomed

now what are your criteria for metal art??
direct metal or traditional sculpture...

there would be some intrest from the kansas city area.

Well, that is a pretty opened question.

The quick answer, If it is considered art here, it should be OK.

All of that is in the works.

I'd be interested as well. Don't have any idea how much time or effort it takes to set something like this up. Around here there is the Bemis Art Center in Omaha, Ne that a lot of people turn to for art events. You may look for something similar in your area or give them a call and see if they could suggest someone.
