Summary of 2006 Shindig

OT: Sandbox YAK

So the 2006 Shindig has come and gone, and we are now hearing about the good times folks had at Bruce Finks homestead. I didn't get to go this year because of commitments to complete an upstairs bathroom.

So, even though I'm bummed about not going, I am going to put some links to photos and videos which folks at the shindig took. I'm hoping that more info will become available and that folks will come hear to the YAK group and add their stories. For now, here is where you can see more.

Heath Satow took some video and stills of the shindig and can be seen at:

A few new videos, including Bruce casting and a too-short clip of Robin the
Hammer playing for us here:

Elizabeth Meadows posted some great individual closeups of individuals:

I posted pictures of folks from the Shindig. It may take me another day or so to sort through the rest of the images. Here's a start:

John G added some great photos at:

I'm sure there will be more additions as the week progresses and folks are settling back in their homes. What a wonderful group of metalsmiths!
