I have been modeling small objects in clay, producing silicone rubber moulds and then using the mould for lost wax bronze casting.

I am now looking at casting some 6' sculptures (they will be 1 off's) and am wondering if anyone knows of a cheaper flexible mold than silicone rubber....or are there some additives for silicone rubber that will enable me to paint or spray it on to the mould without it all running on to the floor?

The sculpture has complex surface textures.
