Hi All, Have any of you tried using a hammer handpiece like the Foredom 15 to drive chasing tools?

Have any of you tried using a compressor driven air hammer to do larger pieces? Their are some illustrations in the book "Moving Metal" but the descriptive text is pretty limited.
