Hi I am new to this but I have a commission to make a mad bar. usual tight deadlines its mostly timber but they want a 5" copper nosing to front edge and 2.25" copper nosing to rear edge. rear edge is fairly straight forward as the runs are all straight, however the front is all curved and long runs.
