possibly insufficient amperage to the machine. Like too long an extension cord of like 16 or 18 gage wire? Or maybe there is a switch for 220 vs 110 volts and it's on 220 and you're running 110? Or.....? ![]() That last msg was from me

check your power source, cycle the circuit breaker in your panel and check to see that you are getting 208/240 at the welder. if that is ok, it could be a blown diode/scr in the rectifier. you will only get about 1/2 power. if there is a reset button on the machine push it...open it up and see if there are loose/burned wires...
