REPOUSSE PETER PAUL RUBENS PLAQUE HELP?

hi I was wondering if anyone could help me out...
I got a Peter Paul Rubens plaque that I believe is a repousse piece.
It looks like this but its signed .. and its much bigger http://www.dargate.com/255_auction/255_images/1285.jpg
I would like some info on the piece if anyone has anything
helpful to say that would be awesome!
