Since last post: built new studio with included apartment; built new house and moved in (still working on interior finishing) and have recently returned to studio to experiment with new tools and methods.

Every few years I update my blog whether it needs it or not! Right after I signed up for this space, I found the piece of land I've been looking for most of my adult life. 20 acres overlooking the Tennessee River and the City of Huntsville. It's all rocks and woods and rises to 1150 ft in an area where 345 ft is norm.

I am a multimedia sculptor who supports my studio by creating custom garden or walk gates from a varitey of materials. Steel is my primary material but I usually include copper, brass, glass and local stones in my designs. I also carve limestone.
