Just wanted to start communicating with the members of artmetal. I really love this site and hope to become a contributing source. I work mostly in steel, no blacksmithing. Welding , plasma cutting,etc. . I've done alot of furniture and some architectural pieces as private commissions. You can check out my web site( in progress) at www.bfdfirehousestudios.us. Welcome to ArtMetal Janet! You've joined a great community of metal artisans. As you have seen, we have a wide variety of metal disciplines being represented here. There's also all levels of skilled artists and a tremendous archive of metal related content. You should also know that there are quite a few women metalworkers in our community. Alex, is one of our most vocal and most helpful with web site development. She has been very successful with her products on the Internet. I looked at your web site and noticed you have some fine metalwork you have produced. My favorite is the couch with wheels for arm rests and the "Egyptian Doorway" you made of cut steel. I look forward to seeing more of your metal art here at ArtMetal in the near future. |
