Had to help my son yesterday so I didn't get to weld until this morning. I had some trouble getting decent welds...guess I forgot how in the past two weeks.
Cleaned up pretty well though. Was able to sand and file all the marks and excess away. Should polish up nicely.
Enough fun for now...back to work on the roadster.
Still have to add in a couple of little 'details'.

Actually, I've been thinking about doing a version of her that would ride in the passenger seat with one arm on the door and other draped around my seat. Driving down the road with a polished aluminum woman...think that would get some looks at a car show? Probably wouldn't adjust the radio (won't have one) or heat (probably won't have that either.)
