Wave rail by eligius 1427

Hi Jake I was just surfing ArtMetal and I noticed your wave railing. Very Nice mate, I love it.

I am working on a design at the moment for my new house I am building and your wave rail gives me alot of inspiration, great work.

Can I ask you how you fixed it to the wall and what sort of floor anchor did you use?

Can you send me some other pics or post more pics in a new blog?

Thanks Glen,

The railing is anchored into the floor with 2-1/2" x 1/4" lag screws spaced about every 16-20" and into the wall with 2 lag screws at the top. The big rail is so heavy that I probably could have used less fasteners, but I wanted to make sure the base plate didn't bow. I've included a few more picts, but other than that I just have the same picts but poorer quality.
