Problems posting

I find that I am allowed to post new threads but for whatever reason, any attempt to reply, even to my own threads, Fails.

This happens with Firefox and IE.
If it is on my end maybe it has to do with Norton antivirus, or Norton Protection Center with auto protoect and worm protection turned on.
