New to site

Nightmare: Nightmare with ToyI love working with metal of almost any kind. I have a background in jewelry making from a long time ago and about nine years ago started making knives with a group in Ramona CA. I branched out into more art work than knives and today am working in copper foldforming, (cold copper is easer to foldform that the HOT steel I started with). I am a member of the CBA and for the last year and a half have been a full time “Architectural Metalsmith” (Blacksmith). I sell to privet clients, galleries and on ETSY. Remember the hardest part of doing metal art work is doing the drawing after the piece is done, so you can tell everyone,

I just sent him off to his new home. Looking through my shop I think I found the "egg" he came from. When I am sure I will post a photo.

Nightmare's Egg

NIGHTMARE'S EGGWhile working in my shop I found this “Egg” back in a dark corner under a pile of old ideas that did not work out. This must be from my “Nightmare with Toy” that I did a while back. As you can see by all the sharp pointy things both inside and out that anything that came out of here would really be a nightmare.
