Mr vega, I am honered to chat with you. Your teachings on your websight have inspired me for years! AS for your request for pics of "Big Mama" I have to decline because I think this might be one of a kind although quite simple. All I can say is what i have experamented with so far. 3"sq. cold twist, went even to nice candy cane, then started to tear at edges, 7 foot long. I think maybe got enough power for 4" cold? Caculations tell me I got enough poop to do 7" sq. with red heat. You have seen the 10" stainless pipe,"EBB and FLOW" That was tough allthough I didnt have proper heat at that time. four 1 1/4" sch. 40 black iron pipes were cake for "Mama" Getting ready to twist 8 of latter for tree trunk. "Big Mama" got her name cuz, well, she is a big girl. She stands about 27 feet and weighs in at a girlish 23,000lbs. Would love to come over to your shop to build another. chow for now, jay ![]() My mind is reeling trying to

My mind is reeling trying to imagine a 12 ton machine that can twist 7" solid square hot. Even though I don't have a shop that could house such a machine, I'm jealous. I might call on your services in the future though. The wheels are turning. LOL. Jake Balcom ![]() twist time

Hey Jake, mama and I do custom twistings for ornamental folks quite often. Going to branch out a little by sending a sample of the four 1 1/4" sch.40 pipes in a hot twist to the tuttles at OCC. It came out really cool and would make a bob b bitchin backbone for a chopper. Hey, I would load a picture of it but dont see any tags in this area. Tell me how. jay the bird ![]() How cool would that be!

How cool would that be! It'd be great to see some of your work on a OCC custom chopper. If you can post a pict of it, I'd love to see it. On this response window i have the "Add Picture" icon right below it to the left. Not sure if that's what you meant by "tags" or not. Jake Balcom ![]() DUH DUH DUH
