let there be lights

heres a job I have almost completed,
I cut all the parts on my cnc plasma and made dies for the tops and bottoms. took quiet a bit more time than I had anticipated. but now I'm set up for doing large production.
I've been wanting to make a line of lighting.lightslightslights2lights2lights3lights3

lookin good

The fixtures look great. Nice job, but I was confused a bit by the presence of what appeared to be open floor space. Clean at that! That is just wrong and should be remedied with all haste. Keep up the great work and don't forget to post in place pics.

ha ha ha, well I can't stand

ha ha ha,
well I can't stand working in a mess and my whole shop is 23' X 47' which is perfect for the one man show, but organization is crucial for sanity, problem is I'm not always so organized ;)
thanks for the compliment
Matt

hey let me see your shop... and anyone else's, I love seeing how others set up there shops. (my wife says she has her house and I have mine (my shop). sometimes absence makes the heart grow fonder.

matt, these are great. And

matt,
these are great. And the four variations on a theme looks like a money maker. Would love to see the "dies" you made for the tops and bottoms. Can't wait to see them finished and hanging.

heres the dies, the one

heres the dies,
the one mounted in the guide is for the tops, the other that also bolts into the guide is for the bottoms. There is a very good reason why die making is a whole trade unto itself, ha ha ha, these things are a good way to test your patience. also here is my Iroquois lamp dieslamp diesIronworker, I love this thing, punch press and sheer in one. I flipped when I found this company, they've got there thinking caps on.
Thanks again
