brown Re(rod)cluse | spider re-rod sculpture | spider sculpture A tiny spider built a dome shaped web in one of my tetrahedron stands. It was precisely in the center of the stand. I was fascinated with his web. I made a rendition of this tiny creature out of re-rod. It looks very much like him but instead of 1/4" , he is two feet long. A frien saw this sculpture and named it Brown Re(rod)cluse. The name stuck. Small lock

lock Does anyone know where I can find plans for making a small keyed simple lock? I am making a series of small boxes and would like to make the locks instead of buying pre-made. I want to make the lock part of the box. AMERICA'S RIDE

Casting We are a small Bronze foundry in Deland, FL and I've been trying to find the right place to post a job listing for a metal chaser and wax chaser. I've tried all the "normal" jobsites but this is so specialized and sites like monster.com or careerbuilder charge large fees to post. I just don't think I'll get the right bang for the buck. I've called some relatively local art schools and posted on craigs list but I really can't think of anywhere else to post. Great Idea for a Stupid Bride?

Should save us some stress and money having to plan ahead, but there seems to be a bit of difficulty. We planned out wedding theme to be based off of A Song of Ice and Fire book series by George R. Fabrication beginner | materials | solder | washers | welding I'm going to be creating a 5' tall metal sculpture. I want to create it out of small (~1" or a bit smaller diameter) disks, or washers, or whatever I can find cheaply and in bulk. This sculpture just needs to support its own weight, so doesn't have to be super strong. Experimental Jewellery Short Courses
