Is anyone aware of where I might get a copy of Alan Revere's book Professional Goldsmithing? Since it is out of original color print is is $200.00 and more for used editions. The Revere Academy is selling black and white spiral bound copies for $50.00.

acetylen torch set up question

I just bought a Prestolite Air acetelyn torch and am not sure how to start. I have been trained on Oxy-propane. The regulator on the torch only shows what is in the tank and not what the pressure is. I was told to keep the regulator screw knob rather loose to keep the flow pressure from being too strong.I know that once I get used to it, it will be fine,but I was wondering if anyone had any tips to get me started.
