So for the first month of 2009 there was a serious chance that I would lose my free shop space, which would have been the death knell of my nascent art career, but it appears things are going to be okay for another year at least. So I have been busy, trying to get more sculpture together, trying to be creative, but not always succeeding. I am going to try to get some of my work shown at the Tamarack of West Virginia. They are a art gallery of sorts, just off of I-77/I-64 in southern West Virginia. They showcase local artists, anything from pottery and blacksmithing to wood working and textiles. Their prices are outrageous, but I am willing to try anything at this point. I will post pictures in the galleries as I finish my pieces.
